	Must be at least 18 years of age in good health Must have verifiable excellent work references from other families (not) family members Must love children and have good mental and physical energy (if being considered for a nanny job) Must love seniors and have patience (if being considered for an eldercare job) Must be reliable, dependable, on time, honest, responsible, and trustworthy  Must love giving care, following directions and being of service to others who need them Temperment and good judgement are essential qualities and attibutes we look for  Proof of Green Card or Visa if not a USA citizen. Must have car, drivers license for all live out jobs To work as a nanny you must have 1 year of verifiable experience working for another family as a nanny caring for children.  If you do not have this experience please consider applying as mothers helper or senior companion.  Candidates must submit to criminal background checks.
