The following requirements below are needed to be a caregiver or a nanny referred for employment with our families:
  • Must speak English and communicate well
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have verifiable excellent work references from other families (not) family members
  • Must have good mental and physical energy, and be in good health 
  • Must be patient, kind, nurturing, showing good judgement regarding health and safety 
  • Must be reliable, dependable, on time, honest, responsible, and trustworthy 
  • Must be caring, outgoing, good at following directions and being of service to others
  • Temperment and good judgement are essential qualities and attributes needed
  • Proof of Green Card or Passport if not a USA citizen. Must have car, drivers license for all live out jobs
  • To work as a nanny you must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience as a nanny caring for children in a household or daycare setting.  If you do not have this experience please consider applying for mothers helper to assit a stay at home parent with chores and childcare. To work with seniors you must have experience caring for the elderly.  Every Candidate must submit to criminal background checks, DMV Check and reference checks.   Our service is free to all caregivers.
