The requirements below are needed to be in our network:
  • Must speak English
  • Must be 18 years of age and have good clean appearance 
  • Must have verifiable excellent work references from other families (not) family members
  • Must have good mental and physical energy, and be in good health 
  • Must be patient, kind, nurturing, showing good judgement regarding health and safety 
  • Must be reliable, dependable, on time, honest, responsible, trustworthy, patient, kind 
  • Must be caring, outgoing, good at following directions and being of service to others
  • Temperment and good judgement are essential qualities, many positive attributes are needed
  • Proof of Green Card or Passport if not a USA citizen. You must have a car for all live out jobs and valid drivers license for live in jobs.   Babynurses are not required to drive or have license.
  • To work you must have experience working in a household with a family.  Candidates must pass criminal background checks, DMV Check and reference checks.  
  • Our service is  free to all caregivers.  WE SERVICE FAMILIES IN NEW JERSEY ONLY.
