  1. How do you screen your nannies and caregivers?   
    We carefully screen the experience and background of nannies and caregivers in our network. Our service will verify references from families they've cared for and character references from individuals who know the caregiver personally. Only caregivers who meet our high standards of providing quailty care are referred to the families we work for.      
  2. We perform national, county and state criminal background checks, social security check, previous address history and drivers license report check, we are a Fair Credit Reporting Agency compliant with all laws. We disclose the methods we use to check a candidate's record.  All caregivers we work with speak english. Our caregiver screening process is detailed in matching you to the perfect nanny/ caregiver who can meet your particular family needs. We handle the preliminary applicant interviews and screenings to provide you with the most qualified care provider for you.

  3. How much do nannies and caregivers charge?
    The salary that nannies and caregivers charge depends on caregiver's past experience, qualifications, education, knowledge and expertise as well as job duties required of them. On average live in nannies and caregivers who drive command higher salaries than non-drivers. All our live out caregivers drive. These nannies and caregivers (those that come to your home on a daily basis) will charge by the hour or a mutaully agreed upon weekly salary based on a desired rate of pay, please discuss this with the caregiver.

  4. What are your agency placement fees?   $850 for live out care $1,200 for live in care       
    $175 up front registration fee is to engage our services and is non-refundable. The agency placement fee is paid one time when you hire someone from us and please note this fee is separate from the pay you provide the caregiver.  Families are responsible to pay caregivers directly at their negotiated rates. A Registration Form is required before we can introduce a caregiver. You are under no obligation to hire anyone and you will not be charged a placement fee unless you hire. Your registration is valid for 1 year.  Infantcare specialist/babynurse or other temporary special care services are charged a placement fee based upon a daily set agency rate depending on the service, until the service is no longer required.

  5. Do you offer a guarantee on the caregiver?   
    Yes, you will receive one replacement search within the year contract.  If for whatever reason your caregiver is terminated or leaves your employment within 1 yr you will be entitled to a replacement search at no cost to assist you in replacing the nanny or caregiver you hired.

  6. What assistance do you offer to the families that use your service?   
     Our service is comprehensive to help you!  Our niche is to provide the most qulaified nanny or caregiver for your particular job.  As experts we can guide you with our experience in hiring the person who can meet your needs perfectly.  We set up the initial interview with a caregiver for you and are here to help in any way. Aside from this we provide work agreements, interview questions, and tax information.   7. How does the service work?  
    Please complete and forward your family registration form (we can not work without one), we will then call you for a more in depth discussion on how we can best meet your employment needs and engare our services at that time. Caregivers registered in our network will be called and those interested and qualified for your position will be introduced to you. Most families find that the first person we introduce is just perfect and hire on the spot.  But if not we are happy to continue to work for you to offer assistance and provide information on any other well qualified caregivers in our network. Additonally we are always interviewing and recruiting candidates so that new caregivers are added to our network.  We take pride in providing the best!

  8. How long do you work with a family?  
    Our referral contract (your family registration form) is valid for 1 year. Most families hire within 1 to 12 weeks after applying to engage our services.  After 1 year a new family registration form is necessary for any repeat caregiver search service.
