  1. How do you screen your nannies and caregivers?     
    We screen for experience, temperment, judgement, education, communication skills and enthusiasm for providing the best quality care.  Work references and character references from individuals who know the caregiver personally are verified and provided for you. Only those caregivers who are evaluated and meet our high standards are referred for employment opportunities with our clients.   
  2. What background checks do you perform?  We perform the most comprehensive criminal background checks available, we also include DMV and Social security check we are a Fair Credit Reporting Agency compliant with all laws and regulations. 
     
  3. How much do nannies and caregivers charge?
    The rate of pay or salary that caregivers charge varies and depends on several factors such as duties required, caregiver's past experience, qualifications, education, knowledge and expertise.  All caregivers charge by the hour or a mutaully agreed upon weekly salary based on hours needed and their desired rate of pay, please discuss this with the caregiver directly.

      
  4. What are your agency placement fees? :   $1,200 when you hire a caregiver.  Or you may opt to pay month to month $125 monthly payout for 12 months.   Families are responsible to pay caregivers directly at their negotiated rates. A Family Registration Form is required before we introduce a caregiver for any service. There is no obligation to hire anyone we introduce. Your registration is valid for 1 year which means you may contact us for other care as needed within that calendar year.  Newborn specialist (babynurses) service, temporary service, and companion services are charged a daily agency fee (separate from what you pay the caregiver) that accures ($15-25 per day) depending on the service, until the service is no longer required.  Payments are charged to a major credit card on file with us. 

     
  5. Do you offer a guarantee on the caregiver?   
    Yes, you will receive a replacement search service within the 1 year contract.  This means if for whatever reason your caregiver is terminated or leaves your employment within 1 year you will be entitled to a replacement with us at no cost to assist in replacing that nanny or caregiver.  Temporary nannies are as needed and available.
  6. What assistance do you offer to the families that use your service?   
    Our service is comprehensive!  Our niche is in providing the most qualified nanny or caregiver for your particular job.  As experts we can guide you with our experience in hiring the person who can meet your needs perfectly even after you hire we offer on-going support to both family and nanny.   Aside from all this we provide a work agreement, interview questions, and complementary tax information.   7. How does your service work? What is the process?  
    Please complete and forward your Family Registration Form, we will then call you for a more in depth discussion on how we can best meet your employment needs and engage our services at that time. Caregivers in our network who are qualified for your position will be introduced to you.  Additonally we are always interviewing and recruiting candidates so that new caregivers are added to our network.  We are here to help you hire every step of the way and we take pride in providing the best service to you!
  8. How long do you work with a family?  
    Our referral contract (your Family Registration Form) is valid for 1 year. Those seeking long term placement usually find they hire within 1 to 12 weeks after applying to engage our services. We can also arrange for a temporary caregiver until you hire a permanent caregiver.  For temporary care we let you know what care providers are available for the date and time you require the care.    After 1 year a new family registration form is necessary for any repeat caregiver search service.
