  1. How do you screen your nannies and caregivers?     
    We carry out our due diligence in the initial selection process of which includes discussing the job details with the candidate.  We screen for positive qualitites and attributes, experience, education and communication skills. We refer care providers with good track records.  Work references and character references are verified and provided for you.  All care providers are carefully evaluated and required to meet high standards.
  2. What background checks do you perform?  We perform comprehensive criminal background checks on a national, state and county level, mandatory screenings also include DMV, social security and sex offender clearances  we are a Fair Credit Reporting Agency. 
     
  3. How much do nannies and caregivers charge?
    The pay or salary that caregivers charge varies and depends on factors such as additional duties required, caregiver's past experience, qualifications, education, knowledge and expertise.  All caregivers charge by the hour or a mutaully agreed upon weekly salary based on hours needed and their desired rate of pay from $12-30 per Hr depending on the care provider referred.  Before you are introduced to a candidate in our network will will advise as to what rate of pay that particular care provider is charging.

      
  4. What are your agency fees? :  $175.00 Deposit and $475.00 when you hire .     Families are responsible to pay caregivers salary directly at their negotiated rates.                                                         
  5. For Newborn specialist (babynurses) or any temporary service that is not long term, a $100.00 deposit plus ($10-$20) daily fee is charged (separate from what you pay the caregiver) that accures paid to Careful Care Givers until you notify us the service is no longer required.  Payments are charged to a major credit card on file, we accept all major credit cards (except AMEX).  

     
  6. Do you offer a guarantee?   If for whatever reason your caregiver is terminated or leaves your employment within the first 60 days of employment you will be entitled to a replacement search at no cost to assist in replacing that nanny or caregiver.  Temporary nannies are as needed and available basis.
  7. What assistance do you offer to the families that use your service?   
    Our service is comprehensive!  Our niche is in providing a well qualified nanny or caregiver for your particular job.  As experts we can guide you with our experience in hiring the person who can meet your needs perfectly even after you hire we offer on-going support to both family and nanny.   Aside from all this we provide a work agreement, interview questions, and complementary tax information.   8. How does your service work? What is the process?  
    Please complete and forward your Family Registration Form, we will then call you for a more in depth discussion on how we can best meet your employment needs and engage our services at that time. Caregivers in our network who are qualified for your position and can meet your needs will be introduced to you.  Additonally we are always interviewing and recruiting candidates so that new caregivers are added to our network.  We are here to help you hire every step of the way and we take pride in providing the best service to you!
  9. How long do you work with a family?  
    Our referral contract (your Family Registration Form) is valid for one year but careproviders stay for as many years as you mutually agree upon and need them.  It may take 1 to 6 weeks after engaging our services for us to find an employee suitable to your criteria and special family needs. We can however arrange for a temporary caregiver until you hire a permanent caregiver in the intrium if needed.  For families needing just temporary care we let you know what care providers are available for the date and time you require the care.    After one year a new family registration form (contract) is necessary for any repeat caregiver search service.
