Do I have to pay to be registered with your service?
We do not charge a fee to the caregivers in our service nor do we take any portion of your salary.

Do I have to have experience?
In order to be considered for a full time live in or live out nanny or caregiver job you must have had at least 1 year of formal experience working with a family. Your references must be excellent.

I do not have formal experience as a nanny or caregiver but I want to provide my services to a family, can I be considered?
You may have the opportunity to work as a parent helper assisting with chores or helping out a family with other domestic duties.

How do I apply to be listed in the service?

ou may also go to the caregiver page on this website and submit your information on line and after receiving it we will call to speak with you in more detail.

How do you match people up?
We match up families to caregivers according to the criteria desired by both family and caregiver.
We offer you the opportunity to meet with families and decide what is best for yourself.

Are the families screened?
Yes, families we work for are screened and have completed a registration application on file with us. If we feel the criteria the family is seeking is questionable, unusual or undesireable we will decline to accept them as a client so we want you to know the families we work with are good employers.

How much should I charge?
Decisions regarding payment for services are between you and the family, we do not negotiate salary directly but will be happy to give you an idea of the going rates we see other families hiring.
