Alicia Torchia, began the placement service in 2001 in order to better serve the needs of families seeking caregivers for children as well as seniors. Prior to that she was the owner of Child Care Choices of Mercer and Somerset counties in New Jersey, a national franchise child care referral company. A child care advocate, wife and mom who is passionate about the in home care business. Alicia is honest and ethical in her approach in representing well qualified care providers who love what they do.
With this misson in mind the company was founded, giving the same personal
