Alicia Torchia, President of Careful Care Givers, started the agency in 2001, the company is family owned and operated.  Passionate about this business her goal is to provide the most qualified nannies and caregivers to families who hire in home care without compromising quality of care families demand and deserve.  "I wanted families to have a better option when hiring in home care".  With this misson in mind the company was founded, giving the same personal attention and devotion she would use for her own family. "Many of the families and care providers we work with come recommended by other families and care providers, word of mouth has always been the secret to our success" says Alicia.  As well as providing a valuable service it is a personal goal to donate to a worthy cause that helps others less fortunate. We proudly support "The Children's Home Society of New Jersey" in saving children's lives and building healthy families through community services and assistance to at risk children and families in New Jersey.   

We are based in Central New Jersey and have registered caregivers in most New Jersey areas we do not service other states at this time.
